We take care of complete appointment and travel management. We organize and coordinate your internal and external meetings and business trips (hotel, flight, visa, rental car). Additionally, we handle the follow-up of your appointments and ensure the complete implementation of action items.
Presentation Material Creation:
We create, update, and proofread presentation materials according to your specifications and preferences. Graphic support can be booked on short notice, and we deliver on time.
Document Management:
Don't waste time searching! We organize and structure your electronic and physical filing system. We review and update folder and document names, and create a working manual for a transparent and intuitively structured back-office organization.
