We prefer to work according to the Mini-Max principle, maximizing results with our Quick Research & Placement variant. Especially with a success-based search, we know how to use our resources efficiently.

Our tight but realistic timeline:

Week 1:
After our conversation and review of your requirements, we will start immediately. Within 5 business days, we will provide you with a selection of three top candidates who meet your requirements, fit within the budget, show great interest in the position, and are ready to meet you in person.

Week 2:
Conducting the initial interviews with candidates, either as brief Teams interviews for a first impression or, if positive, scheduling in-person interviews on-site.

Week 3:
Providing feedback on the interviews and preparing an offer for the preferred candidate.

Week 4:
Completing the selection process or, if necessary, extending an offer to the second-choice candidate.

We receive 50-80 applications nationwide per week, and your future assistant might already be in our network. Since we do not actively search the market for you, the number of profiles is limited to three. If you require additional suggestions, we would be happy to provide a proposal with the service scope of “Exclusive Search, Placement & Training.”
